I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff really stood out to me as the best aspect. They were all very polite and helpful throughout my stay. the cleanliness of the hotel was fantastic. The toilet and kitchen were both very clean and didn't smell. The location was also great and very strategic. The hotel was near night markets, shops, restaurants, and tourist spots.
Everything was fantastic.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. One of the best things about this place was the location - it was close to all the amenities we needed and within walking distance of some great food options. We also appreciated the extra effort the staff put into making our shower experience more enjoyable with an extra heater.
The toilet was not up to our standards, and some of the furniture in the room was old and broken. We were also disappointed that there were no cups or kettle provided in the room for making tea or coffee. Additionally, the lack of a good view from our window made the stay a little less enjoyable than we had hoped for.

This hotel is conveniently located near Malay restaurants and night markets, making it easy to experience local culture. it is in close proximity to tourist spots. note that it is located near a mosque so the call to prayer may affect light sleepers. the rooms are spacious and can accommodate families with two queen beds. the staff is polite and helpful.
The bathroom facilities are not well-equipped and there is no kettle or sachet of coffee/tea provided.

The bedlinen was clean and cozy for a romantic escape. We loved the close proximity to eatery options and the weekend market. the provided kettle for hot water was a nice touch.
The water pressure was low when using the shower and the blankets could be thicker for added comfort. it was an acceptable stay, but not without its minor inconveniences.
